چکیده
Reversible ionic liquids (RevILs) are that can be switched between molecular and forms via two stimuli, they assist in the synthesis of colloidal gold nanoparticles. The RevIL-stabilized nanoparticles deposited pores SBA-15 mesoporous silica incipient wetness without functionalization surface. location inside was confirmed by transmission electron microscopy technique a measured increase thermal stability compared to non-porous silica. porous catalysts active selective oxidation benzyl alcohol calcination due absence ligands on surface after deposition. Additionally, more than catalysts, indicating pore geometry enhances catalytic performance. Ultimately, prepared RevIL thermally stable show fine control over particle size. • Au supported were using reversible liquids. Nanoparticle deposition mesopores is achieved modifying elimination allows for improved as-synthesized reaction.

Redispersion of transition metal nanoparticle catalysts in tetraalkylphosphonium ionic liquids.
Despite the fact that particle sintering is one of the most common events leading to the deactivation of metal nanoparticle (NP) catalysts, there is a paucity of studies investigating potential routes for the regeneration of smaller, catalytically active nanoparticles from larger particles formed after repeated catalytic cycles. Here, we reveal a simple yet elegant technique for the 'redispersi...
متن کاملGold Functionalized Supported Ionic Liquids Catalyst for CO Oxidation
The present study tries to give an insight to the combination of the homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic properties in a new class of materials. Well dispersed gold nanoparticles on an ionic liquid layer supported on a mineral carrier have been prepared. This work is concentrated on the characterizations and understanding of the interactions between all the components of the catalytic syste...
متن کاملTEM characterisation of novel supported silver and gold nanoparticle catalysts
This project is an extension of TEM work conducted on a previous AINSE funded project AINGRA08066, and aims to use the TEM, STEM/HAADF, EDS and plasmon imaging facilities at ANSTO to structurally characterize novel supported silver nanoparticle catalysts for ozone abatement, and supported gold catalysts for low temperature CO oxidation. The catalysts, fabricated at the University of Auckland, c...
